1. What can Callbox offer me?

2. Where are you located?
Our main office is in Encino, California, USA. We also have satellite offices in London, Sydney, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and the Philippines.
3. How many agents will you provide for my campaign?
Each campaign is assigned a minimum of one primary, and one back-up agent assuring that there is no downtime in any campaign. Any number of additional agents may be assigned to accommodate any level of desired call volume.
4. I'm concerned about the accent of agents who will represent my company. Can I select the agents for my campaign?
Yes, you can listen to live calls and select the agents you want assigned. Most have been with the company for at least three years and have neutral accents.
5. My campaign requires technical expertise. Can the agents answer technical questions?
For each industry we serve, we have a specialized department staffed with agents dedicated to serving that market. Our Software and IT agents have at least three years of experience and are skilled at answering questions.
6. How can I monitor my campaign?
Your campaign manager is available by phone and email to work with you on a daily basis throughout the campaign. You can also monitor your agents, check appointments, download reports, and track pipeline and lead progress in real-time from PipelineCRM, our web-based campaign management portal.
7. What is your success rate?
We deliver an average of 15 to 20 sales-qualified appointments per month. Success rates do vary depending on many factors such as industry, company size, and level of target decision maker.
8. Where do you get your list of prospects?
Each of our departments has its own dedicated research team which generates contact lists from our database customized for each client's aim. We also have an in-house team of dedicated data professionals who verify, cleanse, and update our lists to eliminate ‘gone aways’ and ensure highly-targeted campaigns.
9. How do you choose the right prospects for me?
We generate business leads based on your specified target market and qualification criteria. Usually the client specifies the target geographical area, the target industries, and the target business size on which to focus.
10. Who do you set appointments with?
The client decides how strict the qualification is to be. Then we identify decision makers and qualify the opportunity based on those criteria before setting up the appointment.
11. How soon can we start with the campaign?
Campaigns can start within two weeks of signup. Prior preparation includes a brief kick-off meeting with the agent, Account Manager, Research and Data Specialists, and Quality Analyst, to discuss objectives, define qualification standards, set goals, and plan campaign strategies.
