The Challenge

The Client had a strong technical offering and an experienced internal sales team, but struggled to consistently generate qualified meetings with decision-makers. Most outreach efforts relied heavily on sporadic email campaigns and inbound interest, resulting in an inconsistent sales pipeline and underutilised sales capacity.

The master contact list was segmented based on these buyer personas and categorised by industry and business size.
